"Commencement" 12.20.07 Thursday

Standing atop the summit,
Overlooking the sky;
Seeing a world so full of hope,
Of love,
Of promise;
A life she had only once spied.

Standing atop the summit,
Stretching her wings,
She flies.
Faithfully and lovingly,
Her wings steady;
Stretching across this life.

Staring off into the sky,
Knowledge and success her allies,
Faith her right hand;
She launches forth into Her Life;
So full of hope,
Of promise;
A life she will finally guide.
