poem \"Chance\"

Chance --08.26.03 Tuesday--
Like a rose in bloom,
Her eyes delight at all;
Bursting forth the noon,
Causing all to fall.

Keeping time with the skies,
She urges them to look into her eyes;
Showing her soul,
She feels much more whole.

Twinkling in time,
She drifts through life;
Following her line,
She melts away their strife.

Watching her with a loving heart,
One young man with her wanted to start;
She gave him her all,
And slowly both did fall.

Quickly the young couple saw,
Exactly for what they each had been searching;
Together they found what in each they saw,
And happily together no longer are they urging.

Like a rose in bloom,
Their love fills many noons;
Take a chance and you might find,
A romance to last through time.
