poem \"Her Mind\"

Her Mind --04.10.04 Saturday--
wondering minds of future times;
feelings kept secret seeking lines;
as she stared off towards that day,
when she could share her hidden mind.

one day she can speak the truth;
and one day she can tell her heart;
one day she will find that one,
who truly wants to take up her time.

days of future times;
maybe then she'll speak her mind;
but when she does she only hopes,
that he can return those lines.

when laughter grows cold;
when the jokes are too damn old;
maybe then will be the day,
when her heart will find peace.

maybe one day she can see;
maybe one day she can find it;
but in the meantime,
she's just left to dream of it.

slowly she weathered the loves;
slowly she waited it out;
seeking for that perfect time,
when she can truly speak her mind.
